Tien Chen was established in 1990, dedicated in R & D and manufacturing for various diamond dies products. By strict quality control and advanced techniques to meet customers’ demands, TC earned trust and affirmation from global customers.

Tien Chen specializes in hard metallic wire drawing dies, such as steel and stainless steel. The professional sintering techniques bind the diamond ores firmly, which allows diamond dies reach the highest protection to against wear and collision while drawing any type of tubes and wires.

All advanced equipment was imported from Europe and Japan. With experienced and skilled technicians, TC is able to fulfill customers’ varying requirements of wire drawing dies.

	1990	Established Tien Chen Diamond Industry Co., LTD
	1996	Purchased the machine for laser hole drilling from Europe.
	1999	Received ISO 9002 certificate.
	1999	Purchased two integrated machines for laser hole drilling from Europe.
	2000	Purchased inspection machines – Conoptica from Norway.
	2005	Received the Award of Research and Innovation from Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan.
	2007	Purchased machines for laser hole drilling; and focus on larger size and shapes dies.
	2009	Imported auto-ultrasonic working machine from Germany.
	2012	Moved and expanded to a new factory with upgraded machines.
	2013	Hardness of sintering reaches 63 HRC, a breakthrough technique.
	2014	Participate Düsseldorf Wire Trade Fair, Hall 11/J06.
